Mid-market proof pack for Europe and Southeast Asia entry
Customers, banks, insurers and regulators need different proof, but the company should build one evidence base.
Mid-market companies often have enough product strength to win overseas customers, but not enough institutional infrastructure to answer every diligence question smoothly.
The proof pack should include corporate structure, beneficial ownership, audited financials, tax status, product certification, insurance, supply-chain traceability, data handling, labor safeguards, after-sales plan and dispute-resolution path.
Europe and Southeast Asia create different pressure. Europe may ask more about subsidies, sustainability, data and product liability. Southeast Asia may ask more about local partners, import status, service capacity, hiring and payment risk.
The pack should be modular: a public buyer version, a bank and insurer version, a regulator version and a confidential internal red-flag version that names gaps and assigns owners.
